My Heart Bio
The “My Heart Bio” is a pocket size booklet to record medical information recommended by our Medical Advisory Board. The bio will come in handy at appointments and emergencies. This information ideally should be provided to schools, daycares, doctors offices, hospitals and anywhere else you can think of.
