How to Start a Chapter

It’s My Heart’s mission which is to provide support, spread awareness, educate and advocate for those affected by Acquired and Congenital Heart Disease by creating alliances with fellow families, hospitals, support groups, and the community. Creating chapters of IMH throughout the country is imperative to our ability in achieving our mission.

The first prerequisites are commitment, passion and the desire to help those affected by Acquired and Congenital Heart Disease. We will help you get started in this important endeavor and be there every step of the way. IMH is a 501c3 and gladly extends our Group Exemption to all chapters; thereby providing a strong foundation for each chapter’s success.
