We Got Heart Teens

“We Got Heart” is a nationwide support group specifically geared towards ages 12-19 for all those affected by CHD including family and friends. This is a safe place where teens can talk freely amongst each other about CHD, it’s implications and lifestyle management. We Got Heart is a great place to find friends just like you!
