Legacy Boxes

It's My Heart Legacy Box It’s My Heart supplies Legacy Boxes to those who have recently lost their child while in the hospital. Each box contains a disposable camera, organza bags for nail and hair collection, 3-D hand/foot mold, photo album and information about funeral ideas. The purpose is to give families ways to preserve the legacy of their child and ways to connect with other families. Please contact the Cardiac Social Worker or your nurse if you are in need of a Legacy Box.
