We need runners for our 5K run and walkers for our 1 mile fun walk. The top 3 runners with receive a medal and prize and all paid participants will receive an event t-shirt. All participants are encouraged to raise money and can receive up to 3 other prizes depending on how much money you raise/donate. With your efforts you will help us spread awareness and help many families that are affected by congenital heart defects. |
IMH has many volunteer opportunities available for all to help. We will need volunteers to help with clean up, water distribution, set-up, registration and much more. If you are interested in helping us make our 1st annual run/walk a success we would greatly appreciate any help. You would not only be helping us at the event but you will also be helping the many families affected by congenital heart defects. Thank you in advance for your consideration. |
