It’s My Heart is a non-profit organization created to provide support to and advocate for those affected by Acquired and Congenital Heart Defects (CHD). Through awareness, resources, and education, It’s My Heart (IMH) creates alliances and networks among families, groups, hospitals, and the community. It’s My Heart is found locally through chapters in communities across the country, as well as globally through this website. Our vision for this website is to create an interactive, online community for those seeking support and information regarding Congenital Heart Defects.
It’s My Heart exists solely through the generous donations of money, material, time, and services. Please consider getting involved in supporting those affected by the #1 birth defect.
